FAQs

  • Do credits expire?
    No, credits keep accumulating and never expire.

  • Do unused free LoRA training slots roll over each month?
    No, unused slots don't carry over to the next month.

  • Can I transfer my membership or credits to another account?
    No, both are tied to your account and can't be transferred.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    On web: Visa, Mastercard, PayPay, Google Pay, and convenience store payment. On the app: payment via App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Why is the app price higher than the web price?
    Because App Store and Google Play Store charge platform fees.

  • How do renewals work?
    Auto-renewal is on by default. Unused credits carry over automatically and a new period of credits is issued. You can also renew manually — the new period starts after the current one expires. Note: PayPay and GMO don't support auto-renewal — you'll need to renew manually.

  • Can I upgrade my plan?
    Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and new credits are issued right away. On web, monthly-to-monthly is charged in full, annual-to-annual is prorated to the difference, and monthly-to-annual is charged the full annual price. On iOS, the unused portion is refunded proportionally. On Android, unused balance converts to extra days.

  • Can I downgrade my plan?
    Depends on the platform:

    • Web: No. Neither monthly nor annual plans support downgrading. To switch to a lower tier, cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe after it expires.
    • App — iOS: Your current plan stays active until the next billing date, after which the lower-tier plan kicks in at the lower price.
    • App — Android: The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your current plan benefits remain through the end of the cycle, and the new lower-tier plan begins on the next renewal date. No immediate charge is made when you request a downgrade.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    For web purchases, go to your profile's "Membership & Credits" page and click "Manage Auto-Renewal". For app purchases, cancel in your App Store or Google Play Store subscription manager. After cancellation, member features stay active through the end of the current period — your uploaded private models and trained LoRAs remain usable.

  • Can I get a refund?
    Web payments are non-refundable as a rule. App refunds need to go through the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Can I switch from annual to monthly?
    No, annual and monthly plans can't be converted between each other, and refunds aren't offered. To switch, wait for your current plan to expire and pick the new one.

  • Can I switch between app and web subscriptions?
    They're independent systems and can't be transferred directly. Cancel the original platform's subscription and re-subscribe on the other platform after it expires.

  • When do credits arrive after upgrading?
    Usually instantly. If they don't show up, try logging out and back in. If that doesn't fix it, contact support with your profile link, upgrade time, and plan name.
