Generate videos
Animate an image into a short video, set the camera movement and duration, and trim the result.
A Video node makes a short video from your prompt and its references. Most often, you start the video on an image, and the model animates it.
Generate a video
Click the First fr. tile. Click Choose from canvas and click an image node, or click Upload from device. You can also connect an image node to the Video node.
Describe what happens: the action, the camera move and any change in the scene. Small, natural motion works best.
Click Generate, or press Ctrl/Cmd + Enter.

A video takes longer than an image. While the node works, it shows Generating.
If the prompt bar shows the Omni reference and First / last frame tabs, click First / last frame to see the frame tiles. With Omni reference, you can add several references and type @ to mention them.
End on a last frame
To control where the video ends, click the Last fr. tile and add a second image. The model makes the motion between the two frames.
Add a camera movement
On models that support it, click Camera movement in the prompt bar and pick a movement, for example Dolly in or Pan left.
Change the settings
Click the settings button next to the model. You see only the settings that the model supports:
- Resolution, such as 720P or 1080P.
- Duration, in seconds.
- Aspect ratio. Auto follows your first frame.
On models that make sound, you can turn Generate audio on or off. To make up to 4 videos in one run, set Number of videos. The estimated cost next to Generate changes with your settings.
Trim a video
Trimming makes a new node, so the original video doesn't change.
Capture a frame
To save one frame as an image, pause the video on that frame and click Capture frame in the playback bar. A new Image node shows the frame. You can use it as the first frame of the next video.
Common questions
I don't see the Camera movement button.
It shows only on models that support it. Choose a different video model.
Where are my earlier videos?
A new run replaces the video in the node. Select the node and click Generation history in its toolbar.
Can I put my videos together into one clip?
Yes. Click Send to Sequence in the video's toolbar. See Edit in the sequence editor.
